When a college fundraising call goes out, the caller usually isn't outside. Just received a call from this number, young female outside in the wind with a group yelling around her.
I received a call from this number too. Yes - UMW calling I believe. I am an alumni and they call every year around this time asking for $$$. Don't leave a message but will keep calling.
