Caller ID displays "Stafford VA". I couldn't understand the company name, but they wanted me to take a political survey. I informed the caller that I wanted to be added to their internal Do Not Call List and they hung up.

Just got a call from this number too. Our caller ID said "Stafford, VA" which is local but we don't know anyone living there. The service provider for the number is Twilio (???). Did not answer as we no longer answer our phone unless we are 100% sure it's someone we know. We've been getting anywhere from 5 - 10 unwanted calls, per week, but we have gotten up to 17 of these unwanted calls a week (last month). Yes, I keep a log that I'll eventually print off and mail to the FCC. The calls did start to slow down since we haven't been answering for a few years now but started again when I had an aunt pass away and the number that called was from her and my cousins' area code, thinking it was one of my cousins with the funeral/memorial service. It was one of these damned calls, they now know this number is active and they are all relentlessly calling. We're on Do Not Call but that only works for LEGITIMATE, law abiding businesses...not scam calls.
