Leo Rogers called me and stated that this was a legal matter, that the company he was representing was pressing charges. At first he couldn't give me the exact company name nor the amount. He had a very heavy Indian accent and most of the conversation he was stumbling over his words.

I suggest taping the conversation (let them know you are) and request they send you documentation validating the debt they are attempting to collect. Under no circumstances should you send these people any money - they have proven repeatedly it is a scam. Keep your cool...
