This is a number of a real business called  Silver Spring  Veterinary Hospital and may be very good at what they do. However a call and hang up is a prank crime (class 3 misdemeanor). If it was spoofed I hope the company realizes they are being cyber-stalked. In future the company should at least leave  a message.
i don't have a pet  so would do business with a vet
