heavily accented man claiming to be from a delivery company. First time he called he said he was an agency working on behalf of UPS and needed me to send him a certified cheque in order to clear a package.  His phone was cracking up and he told me he would call back.  Said his name was Mr Blackburn. Asked him if I could speak to his supervisor.  He hung up and then shortly after a Mr Bob Barker called.  These turkeys are a bunch of tools.
