Calling for donations for police and state troopers. Caller is wanting me to commit to a donation WITHOUT sending me printed material. I repeatedly asked for printed material before I would ever commit to a donation but more than 3x he evaded my request and finally said he would call back later and hung up quickly. It might be legit, but after living in Los Angeles and hearing about these scams, I doubt it.
