Call came from a woman named V. Jackson. Then a man says "My name is Fred Jones and it is important that you return my call at 1-540-721-8382"

Call just came through exactly as the above posting

This Fred Jones message is on my machine everyday.  I finally was home today and all the message says is to call them.  I don't have long distance and so I can't call it back.  How do I make it stop?

FYI:::This is from a creditors agency referencing bills that have been placed for collection.
