I received a call from a woman asking to speak to my husban by his first name regarding lowering the mortgage interest rate. She asked if i were the spouse, and proceeded with her spiel. I told her that my phone number was on the Do Not Call list. She persisited, and I told her to go to Hell in french and hung up the tlehone. I later reproted the number to the FTC using the FTC.gov complaint form.
I just received a telheon call from this number, this evening, at 6:02 p.m.. I performed a star-57 trace on the number, but I have yet to report the number to the FTC-- which I am about to do. I tried calling the number back in order to try to determine who called, but there was no ring or any indication that the number was a working number. Nothing at all happened after i dialed the number-- just dead silence!
In my case, my phone rang a number of times. I answered it, and there was no response. I said "hello," a number of times, and then I raised my voice and yelled into the phone to ask who was calling and the caller hung up!

Received a call today; did not answer. Redialed the number and it picked up and stated, "your call is very important to us, please stay on the line." NOT
