Called and not message left. Called back @ 10:30 PM and got this recording "Welcome to Verizon Wireless, the number you dialed has been changed, disconnected or is no longer in service. If you feel you have reached this recording in error, please check the number and try your call again. Announcement 2 switch 1 8 dash 9." Says that twice and then goes to a busy signal.
got a call from this number. Not sure what it is. Didn't pick up and it didn't leave a message either.

I had gotten the same call and heard the exact same message you heard. I don't know who keeps calling me using Virginia area codes. These numbers are never real working numbers.
