I got this phone call also! I also picked up and it was A recording that said, "don't hang up, this is not a sales call," then asks you to confirm that you are (name) by pressing 1. Then asks to reconfirm by entering the last 4 digits of your SSN. I tried calling and it just rings and rings as well..........
Scary part was that I did live in fredericksburg!! Someone please find out what this phone call is all about!! If they are scammers then they should be stopped! It's freaking me out.
Although I only got one call from them. Still scary, cas I used to live there.
