This person called repeatedly. Early morning, late evening. Hung up as soon as I answered. Am paying Verizon to block this annoying invasion of privacy.

This is a collection agency. They are after me for an account that was paid in November 2006 after a doctor group (Commonwealth Prehospital Physicians) billed the wrong insurance carrier in 2005 for the same ER visit that the hospital billed correctly. In 2006 they knocked 100 points off my credit scores and then refused to correct the action until I threatened litigation. Now they are after the same bill even though I have all the supporting documents showing it was paid.

Endless calls about a previous resident of the area who apparently had the same call number earlier. Not related to me and very frustrating. Appears that they don't answer phones on weekends. This is fine, they will have to during the week, and everyone attempting should try to call then. I will update if anything is successful. Has anyone else been able to remove themselves from these automated calls?
