After I got my cell phone, 3 days later I started getting a call from this number. The automated call said it was an important business call and that I should call another number and give them a security check number that they gave me. They never gave me the name of the company, or what they wanted, which to me was very suspicious.
Started receiving the calls once or twice a week at about 10 am EST. Always goes to my voice mail and thei stupid computer doesn't wait for the voice greeting to end so I never got the # to call. Attempted to call back the # on caller ID but no one answered.
I keep getting calls from 540-834-4492. The recording does say my name and asks me to enter the last 4 of my SS#. Not a chance of that happening. I know it must be a scam because it even called today (Sunday)evening, there is no chance that this is legit.
