Who called from 5408850045

This number keeps calling me, and they never leave a message! ANNOYING!  I have no clue who it is.

This numbered called for my husband and when I said he wasn't available the woman said my husband had entered some kind of car drawing.  She needed to go over the winnings and such.  Then she wanted me to give her all this information.  NO THANKS!  I am not going over my PERSONAL information with you over the phone!  SCAM!!

The caller said I had entered a contest for a car and my husband and I were going to receive a prize.  The contest was held either a couple months ago or possibly a year ago.  She then went on to say a gentleman would be calling me back shortly and he did - twice.  I didn't answer either call and no message was left on my phone.

I am employed and usually let unknown callers/numbers leave a message.  With the recent hurricane, I thought it was an employee or possibly a relative or friend was calling.
This number will be reported to the proper authorities.  PLEASE feel free to use the following information.  It is "very" effective.

The Caller said that I had won a prize "probably" from entering my information at a car contest at a car. She wanted to know if a Ms. Effertz was here. After saying she wasn't, the caller wanted me to call another 800 number with an extension (I didn't write it down, I have no intension of calling back).
