Who called from 5409041072

I got the same message from "Senior Citizens Alert" in reference to fire alarms etc. for anyone in the household who is a senior citizen and should have one.  Well I am not of senior citizen age anyway.  They called right when I was in bed sound asleep last night.  Ugh!

Why when you have your calls blocked do we keep getting these calls???  What is the sense in having it blocked?

How do they avoid the Do Not Call order and how do they get past the block?  How do I get them to stop:?

Don't know why, but when I block a number it still rings once - then stops.  So I don 't even acknowledge that the phone is ringing until it rings twice.
