Another %$@#@%$#@%# scammer...the latest trick of calling from YOUR exchange with no area code, so you think it's someone you know...but if you call that number, guess what?  "Not In Service."  These [***] get more and more clever every day.  We have adopted a policy that unless we KNOW the number on Caller ID, we don't answer; and if there is no message left, we assume it's a scammer and block it.  This one is blocked.
