This is a debt collector. The female caller refused to state what company she was with -- said she was "not at liberty to reveal that information" and that it was a personal matter. She just kept repeating her name, Connie Moore, and her number 540-977-2286. When I googled this number it came up as a personal residence under "C. Moore". This is apparently the next new tactic of debt collectors -- have employees call from a personal number. The law requires debt collectors to disclose who is calling, but apparently they think that stating their personal name and refusing to give the company name is somehow getting away with it.
