Called, didn't answer, no voicemail left. Call ID only showed "Luray VA". Funny thing: literally 30 seconds before that one came in, I also got a call from "Private", which is blocked. It shows up on caller ID but because it's blocked it doesn't ring.
Caller ID comes in “Luray VA”. But 540-999 is out of the Leesburg Dial Center. And as far as I know, it only serves the Shenandoah National Park. https://www.google.com/#q=shenandoah+national+park
I would say it's a “spoof” since NoMo blocked it before VM could pick it up.
