Called me and hung up - callback yields 'you have reached a nonworking number' Caller ID was location data = ASHLAND OR

Phone rang twice, but hung up before answering.

Received a call asking for the business owner.  Told the caller I could take a message for them, they promptly hung up.

they have called twice and asked for owner of business. I hung up on them ;and they called back. The second call was about 3 weeks later they hung up when i answered.

Bill collector.  Says i need to send a check for past due bills than hung up.
