Who called from 5412276621

Called, I answered, said "hello?" "Hello?" & they hung up

I have been getting calls from them. They just called me @ 4:30 pm and I am on the do not call list. I did not answer, I have Mr number it blocks all un wanted calls.

I'm getting several calls from this number everyday, most of the time I just ignore the calls but when I answer I say "hello?!" and they hang up. My phone says the call is out of Medford Oregon.

LCN claims they're a company that helps you save money on your car insurance.
I called them back and ask them what LCN is and what they want.

I have gotten 2 calls from this number and after reading the comments below I won't be calling them.
