I am traveling in Argentina with a US cell phone and this number has called me repeatedly for the last 5 days. Can't tell if they are leaving voice mail or not. Did call back and got a young girl's voicemail with a full mailbox. Suspect a hijacked number.
Yeah, I am in Buenos Aires right now and have been getting these as well. I Googled the numbers and decided to pick it up after a couple missed calls and it was my nephew. The numbers I have been seeing: 541-230-0002 and 541-230-0003 are definitely not his. It appears to be some sort of Argentinean international call forwarding number or something?
