Called 3 times in a row, did not leave message

called at 741pm, 2/9/16 -  no msg left.  Did not pick up phone - blocked it instead.

called right after dialysis and I didn't answer both times.

I've been getting several of these kinds of calls.  This one identified himself as "Joe", and said he was calling because he heard I had recently inquired about getting SSDI.  I told him he heard wrong, and he hung up on me.
