I received a call from this number, rejected the call the first time, they called back immediately and I answered, it was a live person calling from "royal cruise" something or other from a "recorded line". I told them I don't know who you are but I haven't signed up for anything and do not call me again
This is one of several numbers from the same prefix that have started coming into my phone. Each of the numbers seems to be from a block of consecutive numbers, with only the last number changing. I have not answered the calls, but since no voicemail is ever left, I have to assume that the automated calls are simply fishing for phones that get answered. This is a common method for building and selling lists to scam robocallers.
