Who called from 5412488759

I believe the caller is using this number to text me. It shows up. He's supposed to be in Romania using roaming on his cell phone. But if this is a landline he can't text from it. Something is very out of whack.

He a big time scammer

The same guy he says he in business in Romania but text at every weird hours like very early Am ,sounds almost robotic .

went on a senior dateing site,  and have received many emails, seems like a romance scam  , now have been sent this number, 541-248-8759

My neighbor has been receiving emails and now phone calls from a man who is supposed to work for a  bridge building co and is in Romania.  I have heard his voice and it is a younger man who says he is 69 years old. They met on a christian dating service.
