Automated message telling me it was my last chance to take action, or else Google would list my business as permanently closed.

Voice over internet (VOIP) Robo call from "Google" telling me they've tried contacting me many times by mail and now by telephone and this is my final chance to act or they would remove my business from their listings or show it closed. "or if you are not a business, press 2" So, it's spam.
