This Jack Elliotte called me in the middle of the night 2 days in a row and the first time did not speak so I asked why are you calling if you don't talk. Finally blocked the call from calling me anymore.
Repeated calls late at night, wee hours of the morning, early morning before business--at first thought it was my cousin living in the Portland area, but was not him. Have tried to call the number back and get busy signal no matter what. Super annoying, and V E R Y discourteous if representing any business interest.
