Rachael from Card Services. FTC knows this criminal organization and does NOTHING. Violation of U.S. and International law. Legit calls don't have only city as caller ID. Umatilla, Bend, etc
It would have been better to post in the correct number thread.
Also, if you actually used the internet to learn something, you would have learned that the FTC has shutdown at least a dozen of these scams but they keep popping back up.
