They are not suppose to be calling more than 3 times a day and once if they make actual contact with a person. Can only call between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. any time before or after those hours is a violation and you need to turn them in. If you answer the phone get the name of the person you are speaking to and a employee number. Find out where the company is located. Write down the time of the call, persons name, name of company etc. Make sure your phone number is on a do not call list. Then tell them you are on a do not call list and will be filing a complaint. Go to www.donotcall.gov and register your number.
