He probably doesn't. Looks like a CL scam to me. Don't send them any money.

I'm a Realtor and I received a call from a nice lady wanting to see a rental in Rock Hill, SC on Fieldcrest Dr. She told me that she could never get to talk to anyone at the number, they would only text, they told her to peak in the windows when she asked to see the home. They said when she got the cash deposit and sent it to them, she would receive the keys in the mail. I looked it up and it is not for rent or for sale. I told her it was probably a scam and then googled the number to find these other reports.
