Who called from 5416312213

Tried hard to sell me a cruise. Kept him on the phone for 20 minutes.  I told him I usually win in the who "hangs up first game". I won.

It comes up on caller ID as Customer Service
I searched the number and got this on tel2name dot com

Dover Ave, Ashland, Oregon
I tried searching that name with the full address listed and then only City & State on white pages and it comes up with nothing.
So I figure its a made up name and a spam caller using spoof software.

another search says it is an Onvoy VOIP line in Ashland.

The scammer did not leave a message on our answering machine.
