Who called from 5418443486

Called and I didn't answer, left no message.

Received call at 9:32 a.m. - answered but didn't say anything and neither did they. After 12 seconds of silence the call disconnected.

March 8 2017 had a phone call at 7:11 pm from this number.  Left no voice message.  Would imagine it is some sort of a scam call!  I get so many of these calls and can only block so many numbers.  Really tired of calls I don't want especially when it is on a cell phone.  I feel that I pay good money for a private line and number and these phone carriers need to start action to put a stop to this.  My mom has a land line and gets very few of these types of calls.  Wonder why?
