Called back just BEEPS once then IMMEDIATELY hangs up

This company is a LIVE person asking about my company's Google search ranking, saying "We're Google and we're calling about your ranking on search pages and on the Google Maps..." Folks Google doesn't calls and solicit small businesses, as my business is a web developer and SEO -- I do what they do for a living and we don't call other small businesses!! FRAUD FRAUD caller
