New phone number. Same recording as previous calls; The IRS has filed a lawsuit against me and I am to phone this number to resolve.  Well I truly doubt a federal employee in New Jersey is phoning and leaving a taxpayer in Western WA a pre-recorded message that the IRS is suing them.  Like the previous calls this call will not be returned.
