They have been stalking/harassing and calling me at my place of work since 2011 - saying that I agreed to some bogus listing on their crappy website. I am in no position to bind the company into a contract - AND my company does not agree to verbal contracts... ever. Which these people are saying I have done...
It's a different person every few months. they fax fake invoices with wrong information on them as well. Hoping that someone in the company will come across it and pay it without knowing that it's a scam.
They told me that if my company didn't pay them - they would take us to court and sue me personally. that was 2 years ago. I'm still waiting.
DO NOT answer a call from this number. DO NOT say the word 'yes' or 'agree' while on the phone with these people. They will claim to have recorded you saying "Yes, I agree to this" which is really just a mash up of any words you say on the phone. Warn any receptionists or assistants that answer the phone to NOT verify any contact info for the "US County Yellow Pages". They will call back the next day asking you to pay up $800 for a listing you so-called "agreed to".
These are the most annoying people I have ever had the bad luck of ever answering. They will call for hours.
The also call from 862.955.5803 and if you don't answer they will call with a blocked number and then from the 551 number. I'm thinking of getting a whistle, a really LOUD one.
One of the many calles from US County Yellow Pages. Just as everyone above says they call telling you that you agreed to some bogus advertising on their website. I just keep telling them to stop calling. Never works but maybe someday they'll get the hint. They claim I "verbally agreed" to this advertising but amazingly they can't provide proof...uh yeah because it's all B.S. Scum of the earth.
Same thing from #551-221-8351,claiming we owe them money on a listing we know nothing of. Keep threatning legal action. I just keep telling them to file what they need to file cause they have no proof of debt seeing as nothing was ever authourized for the listing. Would love to know how to stop these people reapedtly calling. I tell them all the time I am reporting them for phone harrarsment but like another person posted someone will call back in a few months.
What to do, tired of saying the same thing over and over espically where my employees can hear it, make a business owner look like they are not or will not pay there bills. Very frustrated.
