I get a call from this number about 3 or 4 times a day...in Spanish..I live in Mexico and it is costing me money...lots..I'm on limited budget and can't afford their harrassment. What can I do?

Basically from what I was able to assertain is that our numbers are in a dialer system as I do answer, but get dead air. When I return the call it won't let me dial it as it states it is not a valid number. They call two weeks 2-3 times a day then stop for two weeks. They have used others numbers as well. It is not important and feel free to ignore them. I know it is a pain, but the truth is all we can do is complain and wait for someone to respond to it. I have already reported the number to a few locations, but only time will tell.
