Annoying leech bothering me at work - he/she should not be allowed to have a phone

Person calling to ask about the health of my [***] and if I need viagra.

This number called my house twice today (8/26/08) and asked for Bernard Toomy. I received calls in the past from different numbers (some were listed as numbers in Bermuda) ALSO asking for Bernard Toomy. I really wonder what this is all about, since they just hang up without trying to sell me something. What is their purpose in making these long-distance calls to people? Any ideas?
