I received a call from "Insurance Solutions" at 551-555-0141.
The caller was nice. He identified himself and told me that I could save up to $500 a year on my automobile insurance.
I acted excited and interested, and he said he would have a sales person call me soon.
I informed the man that I was on a cell phone and my number is on the do-not-call list.
I continued to drag the call on and on, and then I told the guy that I used work in a call center and I know that the agents are rated on their performance. The number of calls that they make per hour are important to their job security and their pay.
I then informed him that I would like to be taken off of their call list, and that doing so would be in their best interest because I wold continue to drag down their calls per hour every time they called me.
He agreed to take me off of the list.
Got a call from this phone number & the guy on ghe other end identified himself as a service tech from Microsoft Security. He was wanting to know what the license# was on my computer & what I was seeing on my desktop. He wanted remote access so that he could make sure there was not a problem with it. Ibadvised him that everything was fine with the computer & didn't need any help from him. He sounded like he was from India.
Received several calls from this number. Claims to be a computer tech man ( East Indian accent) advising me there is a problem with a computer I dd not have! SCAM
