This number is calling at all hours of the night to my number in Ontario Canada. Person on the line says nothing more than Hello, hello, hellooo, this is obviously coming from some sort of call centre as it there is lots of background noise with people having conversations.  When I call this number back I either get an immediate busy signal or this number is not in service! How can that be when they just called me?  I have had this same voice or recorded voice from other numbers in the NJ area.
