Luckily I had my cell phone in hand when illegal call from this number came in since I'm on DNC list. I hit decline call and immediately blocked. Do not answer any calls that I do not know who it is.
Indian, claimed to be from Public Services and Gas to give me a discount on my bill but he just needed some personal information first. Tried to convince him to kill himself; he eventually hung up on me. Very unprofessional.
Typical robo-dial/SCAMMER call pattern - cell phone rings, do not recognize number, do not answer, rolls over to voice mail, no message left = SCAMMER = AUTO-REJECT ! ! !
