Who called from 5590000000

I just got the same call but declined it. My roommate got this same call one min before I did & answered, was hung up on and then his phone was shut off! As he's telling me this is when I got the call. Reported it to AT&T

On January 8th @ 3:15 my roommate got a call from this number and answered it but was hung up on then his phone was shut off. When he turned phone back on, there is no record of it in his call log. One minute later as he's telling me this I get the same call which I hit decline. No voice mail. I feel very strongly that it's from my ex-fiancé who is a narcissistic/sociopath per our couples counselor!! I will list his company name just because he has ability to do A LOT of SPYING AND ABILITY TO GET WHATEVER SPY WARE HE WANTS!!

On website directorycentral.com it says (559)000-0000 belongs to a company named "Green Street Publishing"

When you try and whitepage the Co, they don't exist

They just called me! 5:45pm 2/9/2016-- I didn't answer and furthermore, I blocked the number.  Going through an ugly divorce and his new fling-thing has a tendency to make trouble for me at work, at home, wherever she can.  Can you say psycho?

They claim to be from microsoft and want to help clean your computer from any viruses.
