Who called from 5591971544

Just received call from this number.   Local area code but 197 prefix? I don't recall this one in the many robo calls I receive.  No message on my answering macine. Caller ID: Name not found.

Asked for someone in this household told them not available and they hung up. I won't answer again

Got a call from this #, message machine answered but no message was left.

I lived in the 559 area code all of my life and I can say with certainty that the prefix 197 is not legitimate to the area.  I let it go to voicemail but of course no message was left...just a hang up.  Spineless, useless individuals who would rather steal than earn an hones living.
