When I answered, I heard a pre-recorded message stating that "that extension is not valid." I called back, and Alan somebody-or-other, badge number 15079, told me he was calling on behalf of the U.S. Treasury, and that an action was being filed against me. He asked if I had filed my 2014 taxes, or if someone had done them for me. When I told him I would not be answering that question, and that I would call the IRS to check this out, he hung up on me before I could finish my sentence.
