Using logic like that, it is a really good thing she wasn't going to the bathroom at the time of the call. Otherwise she would never be able to use the bathroom again for fear of getting a scam call.
How would "they" know you shopped there? Are you insinuating this caller is having you watched? Or maybe it's your god making them call you for shopping there.
That is one thing even the scammers may not have, everyones religious denomination. Why did you get the call, because you're lucky and it was just your turn.
