When I called this number back, there is a recording stating that the number has been disconnected or no longer in service. Probably a bogus number/telemarketer, I assume.
Took call and a male answered who seemed to be working off a property list. He knew my name & address said was working with Fresno County to qualify homeowners for upgrades on older homes. Said I was @ work & he hung up.
