Caller ID says Fresno CA. It's a man who says call is being recorded. Not sure if it's a live person or a recording. He starts off by saying it's unsafe to text and drive, and please remind your friends of this. Then it says it is doing their fundraising to help officers and their families. Says when they send out their info, can they count on my help. Will keep going down the donation levels, trying to get you to give money. There is a silence period as it waits for you to respond.
