Missed this call, called it back and message said that "call could not be completed as dialled". That message came up regardless of whether area code or country code was entered

Comcast wanted me to upgrade my existing service.

I get this call, they don't leave a message and when I call back its not a working number !! Tired of getting this call once a week.
