They call usually when an out of your area code call comes through and you don't answer. These drone phones are local area code callers and they call to verify you are dodging the "low-lifes," so when you answer, they put you back in the loop. Plaster their numbers and associate numbers on as many pages like this. It forces them to obtain other numbers driving the cost of labor and phone expense way up. Put them out of business by financially breaking them. If everybody did this. they'd be done in a year.
