Called I picked up but did not say anything, waited and it hung up... Blocked

Called my message machine.

Received a call from 559-286-3300, I didn't answer due to not recognizing the number. They hung up, left no message.

Ditto experience.  Too many calls - too many interruptions in my life - there should be a law!
