I have been getting calls every day from this number for several weeks. I haven't answered because I didn't recognize the number or the area code. A message is never left for me. I do NOT feel safe calling the number, not knowing what scam or further strangeness it would set in motion.
I wouldn't be surprised if it's a robo-dial of some sort.
My phone numbers are both on the "do not call" list.
I FIND THIS TO BE HARASSMENT, and am sure it is illegal.
Please put the party behind this phone number 559-306-3023 out of this harassing phone-calling business.

Just spoke to person finally after weeks of daily calls. It's TIME WARNER CABLE sales call. Internet says call comes from Porterville, CA, but girl said she was calling from Iowa. She said call was being recorded and said TWC (or whoever the company is that is calling FOR TWC?) complies with Do Not Call list. I said my number IS on Do Not Call list. She confirmed my number. When I told her (had to talk OVER her rapid-fire non-stop script) to remove my number from their call list, she said they would but it would take 30 DAYS and I would probably continue to get calls until then.
Could report Time Warner Cable for violating the Do Not Call list but I bet nothing would happen unless I were very very very rich and could bring a huge lawsuit.
I suggest answering calls ASAP to catch a live person and tell them to take number off list.
