She calls about 6-8 times a year. She uses different names, all belonging to some famous or fictional person. Rachel Colman, Andrea Zuckerman, Katy Perry are the 3 that we get the most. She will call and leave a message on our main line and either read a page from a book or a recipe. She also has called and left voice mail massages on one of our employees phone line, asking for the employees personal cell phone number so she can call her directly with some questions she has. This employee has called her and said she'd be glad to discuss her questions, but needs to call us during business hours, not at between 3 & 5am which is when she always calls. Except once when this employee was in the office on a Saturday and Rachel/Andrea/Katy called, got very upset that someone answered the phone, and demanded that she be put into voice mail.)
Our employee decided to give her a taste of her own medicine, and called her and read a page out of a book. This morning, we had a voice mail from Rachel/Andrea/Katy letting us know that she does NOT appreciate this type of phone calls, has turned our phone number over to the police, and asked us NOT to ever call her again! Next time she calls, we are going to return that message word-for-word back to her!
She has changed her phone number recently, as this one 559-307-0895 is not the same number she has called from in the past. I wish I'd have kept that one, as there are a lot of comments on that number out there.
