Call back number to 'avoid prosecution' for back taxes from the IRS...more scam numbers.

Left a message that a call back was necessary to prevent a federal law suit against us for tax fraud.

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

Left message on machine stating a federal lawsuit had been filed for tax fraud and an arrest warrant will be issued.  I needed to call this number back ASAP

This is definitely a scam I called back and confronted them that this was a scam and the so called detective greg martin called me a b. He did give his badge no 521783. I also called and reported it to our local police department,  also this no is a landline.
